His experience includes developing and launching new products, entering new markets, creating new revenue streams, building strategic partnerships, driving innovation and leading high-performing teams across diverse industries. With strong knowledge of industrial and international markets, Ram brings a combination of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, execution capability and deep industry understanding to Meralca.

Alongside his corporate career, he contributes to academia as a Visiting MBA Lecturer, sharing practical industry experience and mentoring the next generation of business leaders.
